When and where can you download the publication?

The download will always be available in your user account (Account >> My Orders >> Downloads) in our webshop. You can download the material up to 3 times (it is recommended to save it on your own device).

• If you pay successfully with SimplePay (credit card), the download is available immediately.

• If you choose a bank transfer, the download will be available once the payment has been received and we manually set the status to "Paid."

• In the case of cash on delivery, the download becomes accessible after the package is shipped (when the status is manually set to "Shipped").
